Profile

  • How do I start up a profile?

    To start up your profile, just click on ‘I’m a Golfer’ on the homepage and fill out the required information. You’ll then receive a confirmation email (make sure to check your junk mail) and you’ll then have access to update your profile information.

Reviews

  • How do we post a review?

    First you need to sign up and generate an account. Don’t worry it’s free! Once you’ve signed up, find the Golf Professional that you’ve recently had a lesson with. Found them? Great! Click on ‘Review this Pro’ and fill out all of the information. Once the review has been approved by our team it will be up on the website.

  • Why do I need an account to post a review?

    We want to make sure that all of the reviews are accurate, honest and reliable. To do that, we need to ensure that you’re really who you say you are. By signing up you also get access to all of the content on the Kadii website. It’s just an additional safeguard we take to ensure the quality and reliability of the reviews.

  • Will everyone know that I posted the review?

    The review will be posted under your Username. By providing your username, it will allow the Golf Professional to know who reviewed them and get in contact with you if they would like.

Prizes

  • I won a prize! What do I do now?

    Firstly, congratulations! We will get in touch with you soon by the email address you’ve provided. If you don’t receive an email please get in touch with us. Note: Always check your Junk folder first, just in case.

  • Can I exchange prizes?

    Unfortunately there are no exchanges on prizes.

Profile

  • How do I start up a profile?

    To start up your profile, just click on ‘I’m a Golf Pro’ on the homepage and fill out the required information. You’ll then receive a confirmation email (make sure to check your junk mail) and you’ll then have access to update your profile information.

  • How do I change my profile picture?

    In the main header, click on ‘Profile’. Then select ‘Change Profile Picture’. You’ll have the option of changing your current picture, or deleting your current picture.

  • How do I edit my picture?

    In “My Account” click on “My Profile”. Then select “Change Profile Picture” or “Change Cover Image”. There are size and quality restrictions when uploading images. You will be notified immediately if your image does not comply.

  • How do I edit my profile?

    In your profile click on ‘Edit’. This will bring up the fields you are able to edit depending on your current membership level.

Reviews

  • Why should we get reviewed?

    Great question! During your training, you’ve had mentors and Golf Professionals critiquing your lessons. Although it’s daunting, it’s a valuable process in learning to become better at your profession. By having your own students provide honest and reliable feedback, you’re able to learn what you’re are doing well and what areas may need to improve. It’s all designed to be a learning tool.

    Reviews are also great for business! Most people check for reviews on everything from movies to flights. They do this to gather information on their upcoming purchase and to make sure they are getting value for money. This shouldn’t be any different for Golf Lessons. Having personal reviews on your profile will give prospective students an idea of who you are and how you teach. They will get the opportunity to get to know you, prior to getting in touch.

  • What happens if I get a bad review?

    There is nothing wrong with getting a less than favourable review. As mentioned above, you can use it as a learning tool to become better at what you do. If you do get a bad review, look into what they are saying and try recap what happened during the lesson. What could have you done better and how can you change it for next time.

  • Can we have reviews deleted?

    We will only remove reviews if they violate our Terms and Conditions and/or Content Policy. We won’t remove a review that provides honest, accurate and reliable content even if it isn’t a favourable review.

  • How do I flag an indecent review for removal?

    That’s easy. Just click on the ‘Contact Us’ section in the bottom banner. Fill out the fields and click on ‘Report a review’. This will then be sent to our team and we will make a decision on the final outcome. If you are unhappy with the result, please email us on review@kadii.golf.

  • How does the review system work?

    The reviews are based on 5 questions all with star ratings. The overall rating on your profile will be the average of all of your reviews. Members will also have the ability to provide a written review, which isn’t taken into account with the star rating.

Subscription

  • How do I subscribe and get all of the benefits?

    Thats easy! On the home page click on the “I’m a Golf Pro” link. Fill in your details in the form and check your email to complete the signup process. Once logged into your profile you’ll see ‘Upgrade’ in the main header. Click on that link and you’ll be provided with the different options available. Find the one right for you and start enjoying everything that comes with being a member of Kadii.

  • Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

    If you are on a monthly subscription, you are more than welcome to cancel anytime. You will still have access for the remainder of the month and won’t be billed after that time. With the bi-annual or yearly subscriptions, you can cancel at any time but there are no refunds if it’s cancelled within the subscribed period.

Blogs and Videos

  • How do I upload a Blog?

    Great question! In the main header, scroll over From The Green and click on “Upload a Blog”. This will take you to our blog editing page. Fill in the blacks, upload and image and then click save. It’s that easy to get your knowledge out to the golfing public. *Note that you do need to be a Premium Member to upload blogs and videos.

  • How do I upload a Video?

    Now this is a little trickier than uploading a blog. The steps are exactly the same as above but you will then select Video instead of Picture. To upload a video you will need an Embed Code. There is a link on the page to show you how to get the Embed code from YouTube. *Note you will require a YouTube account to upload the videos. If you have questions about the process please don’t hesitate to contact us.

  • What are Categories?

    Categories are a way to show people what your blog or video is about. Select which ones are relevant and your blog or video will be searchable under those categories.

Gift Vouchers – Coming Soon

    Gift vouchers will be used to pre purchase lessons from participating Golf Professionals. It will be a great idea for presents and to help people get started in golf lessons. Unfortunately Gift Vouchers are currently not available. We will notify you when they are up and running.

Kadii Social Network

  • How do I set up my profile?

    You don’t need to do a thing as it’s all included in your paid membership with Kadii. We do all the work, so you can just enjoy the benefits. Once you are logged in, just click on the ‘Groups’’ button and it will go directly to your page

  • How do I start my own group?

    Click on the Add a Group Button and type in your topic. The topic will require approval from Kadii prior to it opening. Remember, all topics must be golf related. You’ll receive an email once approved and your discussion can start!

  • How do I start a Private Group?

    When you create your group, you will have the option of a Public or Private Group. Depending on the group that you’re creating, decide upon which best suits your needs and make the selection.

  • How do I access a Private Group?

    Private groups are generally restricted for a reason. They are designed to only allow certain people in. If you would like access, you can send a message the host. Provide details why you should be provided access and they make the final decision.

  • How do I search for groups?

    In the Group section of your profile you will see a ‘Search’ button. It will provide you with details on the groups available to join.

  • I'm a Golf Pro and want to advertise on Kadii. Is this allowed?

    We’d love to have you advertise on our website. Just click on the ‘Advertising’ button in the bottom footer of all of the pages. This will direct you to our Advertising Proposal. Have a read through and if you have more questions or would like to get involved, get in touch with us by clicking on the ‘Contact Us’ section in the bottom banner.

  • Can I cancel my advertising?

    Every advertiser will have a specific contract in place. Please see the terms set out in the contract you received when signing up. If you have any more questions please don’t hesitate to contact us.

    All you need to do is contact the company that is advertised and make sure you inform them that you found them on Kadii. Some of the companies will have direct links for which will ensure that you get the discount offered on our website.
